I never received my order but my tracking shows delivered. What should I do?
Please check around your property, community mailbox, or apartment locker. Sometimes, deliveries are marked as "delivered" but may take 1-3 extra business days to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived after 3 days, contact our Support Team with your your full name and order number.
Why is my package being returned to WANLAIF?
Packages may be returned due to incomplete addresses, unpaid duties/taxes, or failed delivery attempts. Contact our Support Team right away. Once we receive the package, we’ll issue store credit minus a $10 restocking fee, as per our Return Policy
Will I need to pay custom, duties & taxes on my order?
Orders outside Canada & the US may be subject to customs duties and taxes, based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not controlled by us, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been fulfilled. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can update the size, color, or delivery address. You can also cancel, but a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us immediately for any changes.
What if I haven't received my confirmation email?
Please double check that the email address you provided to us is correct. Sometimes order confirmation emails can go into spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find your order confirmation email, contact our support team HERE.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your WANLAIF account to track your order.
Why did my order get cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock or if the order is flagged as fraudulent. In the case of fraud, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund automatically.

What is your return policy?

You have sent me a wrong/faulty item, what should I do?
If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact our Support Team with your full name and order. Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.
Can I return an item that I bought on sale?
Yes, unless the item is marked as final sale. Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
Do you honor exchanges?
You can simply return the item in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase any available item(s) on the website.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your package. You’ll be notified by email once your return is completed. Please allow an additional 5 days for the funds to appear in your account. We recommend tracking your package until it reaches our warehouse.
Who is paying for the return shipping?
If you purchased Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit.

When do items restock?
We do not have a specific date for restocking. Please make sure to sign up for our Newsletter at the bottom of our home page. You will be notified of all restocks and new releases as soon as they become available. Alternatively, you can contact our Support Team and let us know what item you would like us to bring back in the future.
Do you have warranty on products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on our products. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, except for items marked as “Final Sale,” items discounted 50% or more, and functional accessories (e.g., lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist/ankle wraps).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, gift cards, Afterpay, Affirm, and Sezzle(US only).
My credit card got charged, but I never received any order confirmation emails?
This likely means your order didn’t go through, possibly due to an incorrect billing address. The pending charge will disappear within 2-3 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please confirm your billing address with your card issuer before contacting us.
I received an error message while processing my payment, what should I do?
Try clearing your device’s cache or opening your browser in incognito mode. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team.
Can I use gift card and discount code on the same transaction?
Yes, you can. You can use 1 gift card and 1 discount code per order.
I bought an item with a gift card. Can I return it?
Yes. The refund will be returned to the gift card first, and any remaining balance will be issued to the original payment method used.
How do I become a sponsored athlete/ambassador?
Please email us at info@wanlaif.com and tell us why you feel that you would make a good fit and how you are able to contribute towards the growth and expansion of the brand. Make sure to provide us with your social media account information and analytics.
Do you have any Brick and Mortar stores?
No, WANLAIF is an online-only brand, available worldwide.
